Rejected by European Nationalism

During the summer and autumn of 2015 thousands of refugees came to Europe escaping violent conflicts in countries such as Syria, Afghanistan and Iraq. In Hungary, the nationalist government built fences along the border with Serbia and Croatia, in order to stop the refugees arriving from the Balkans. I reported on the situation for Arbetet Global.

En el verano y otoño del 2015, miles de refugiados llegaron a Europa escapando de los violentos conflictos de Siria, Afganistán e Irak. En Hungría, el gobierno nacionalista construyó vallas a lo largo de sus fronteras con Serbia y Croacia para detener el flujo de refugiados que llegaban desde los Balcanes.
